Creative Content Concierge

(Part-Time | 30+ Hours/Week | $20/hour | Hybrid – Remote & On-Site As Needed)

As a white-glove consulting and concierge firm, we meet our clients where they are and elevate how they operate, serve, and show up.

We’re currently expanding our team to serve our growing list of e-commerce clients and are seeking a Creative Content Concierge — a highly organized, creatively gifted individual who thrives in the fast-paced, visual world of online brands and boutique businesses.

Position Overview:

As a Creative Content Concierge, you’ll work directly with e-commerce brands supported by Vertical to deliver expert content creation, social media strategy, and logistical support. You’ll assist with product fulfillment, help shape brand storytelling, and provide executive-style assistance to help boutique owners scale with excellence and ease.

This is a hybrid part-time role requiring both remote support and occasional on-site work (local to fulfillment or brand events).

What You’ll Do:

🎨 Content Creation + Social Strategy

• Create visually appealing, on-brand content (photos, reels, captions, stories)
• Support social media scheduling and consistency across platforms
• Collaborate with the brand team to execute seasonal and promotional campaigns
• Assist in managing content libraries and creative asset folders

📦 E-Commerce Fulfillment Support

• Organize and prepare product shipments for customers
• Track inventory, packaging, and shipping logistics
• Ensure quality control and timely order fulfillment
• Occasionally assist on-site with launches or events (when needed)

🗂️ Concierge-Level Executive Support

• Calendar and email management for client CEOs
• Project tracking for content calendars, launches, and deadlines
• Administrative support that keeps creative brands running smoothly

What You Bring:

✅ 1+ year experience in content creation, e-commerce, or executive support

✅ Strong sense of aesthetic and understanding of social media trends

✅ Excellent communication and time-management skills

✅ Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Google Workspace, and other digital tools

✅ A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving

✅ Access to phone, laptop, and ability to travel locally when required

Compensation & Hours:

💰 $20/hour

🕒 Part-time (30+ hours/week)

🖥️ Hybrid work – primarily remote with some on-location support
